Directions for Use

Dilute 100g of Tylosin Tartrate Pure Phenix powder with 200 liters of water. Mix the powder with a small volume of warm water first to ensure it is fully dissolved before making up to volume. Offer this solution as the sole source of drinking water for chickens during their first three days of life, as well as again for 24 hours three to four weeks later. Replacement pullets may be treated for an additional 24 to 48 hours after vaccination or other stressors.

Other Instructions

Store Tylosin Tartrate Pure Phenix in a cool, dry place. Do not use this product in poultry intended for human consumption within 3 days of treatment. Keep out of reach of children, uninformed persons and animals. If treatment is not effective, consult a veterinarian and notify the registration holder.
