Engemycin 10% is a broad-spectrum antibiotic designed to combat bacterial infections and tick-borne diseases in livestock. With 100 mg/mL oxytetracycline in an aqueous solution, it effectively treats pneumonia, mastitis, enteritis, navel/joint-ill, and bacterial wound infections. It is also used for controlling anaplasmosis (gallsickness), heartwater, and footrot in various animal species.

Directions for Use

• Cattle & Horses: 1 mL per 10 kg body mass (IV or IM)

• Pigs: 1 mL per 10 kg body mass (SC or IM)

• Sheep & Goats: 1 mL per 10 kg body mass (IV or IM)

• Administer in multiple injection sites if needed

• Do not inject more than 20ml at a single site

Withdrawal Periods

• Meat: 14 days

• Milk: 60 hours

Storage Instructions

• Store below 25°C in a dark place

• Do not freeze or expose to direct sunlight

• Discard if the solution darkens

Warnings & Precautions:

• Avoid rapid IV injections to prevent shock reactions

• Do not administer to animals allergic to oxytetracyclines

• Use caution in animals with kidney impairment
