Directions for Use

1. Shake well before use.
2. Apply the measured dose using the pump onto the food once daily based on weight and initial/long-term dosage as listed below:
   • <5 kg: 2 ml (1 Pump)
   • 6–11 kg: 4 ml (2 Pumps)
   • 12-17 kg: 6 ml (3 Pumps)
   • 18–23 kg: 8 ml (4 Pumps)
   • 24 kg: 12 ml (6 Pumps)
   • 35 kg: 16 ml (8 Pumps)

     After 6 weeks of use, dose may be reduced by half. During flare-ups or high-risk periods, doses may be increased back to the full dose as prescribed by your veterinarian.
