Directions for Use – Read the packaging insert

  1. Mixing Instructions:
    • Demodectic Mange: 40 mℓ Ectodex in 10 ℓ lukewarm water.
    • Sarcoptic Mange: 20 mℓ Ectodex in 10 ℓ lukewarm water.
    • Ticks and Lice: 10 mℓ Ectodex in 10 ℓ lukewarm water.
  2. Application:
    • Saturate the dogs coat with the dip without rinsing.
    • Allow the dog to drip-dry naturally.
  3. Treatment Schedule:
    • Demodectic Mange: Repeat treatment every 5 to 7 days until no live mites are identified or continue for at least 3 weeks after signs subside.
    • Sarcoptic Mange: Repeat treatment every 7 to 10 days.
    • Ticks and Lice: Repeat treatment as necessary.

Storage

Store Ectodex in a cool, dry place at or below 25°C.

Warnings

  • Harmful: Do not use on Chihuahuas or dogs suffering from heat stress.
  • Not recommended for use on cats.
  • Transient drowsiness may occur at demodectic mange dose; recovery is spontaneous.

  • Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and mouth.
  • Wear rubber gloves when handling.
  • Do not eat, drink, or smoke during product use.
  • Protect from extreme heat, cold, and dampness.
  • Dispose of containers and waste in accordance with environmental regulations.
